At Eliteair, every detail of your journey is carefully planned to provide our clients with a flawless experience — even before they board their flight.
▸ Upon Arrival:
Our agents personally meet the passenger at the aircraft doors, assist with their hand luggage, and quickly guide them through all formalities — passport control, customs, and baggage claim — before transferring them directly to their personal driver or to the helicopter reception desk.
▸ For Departure:
From the moment of arrival at the airport, our team accompanies the client: meeting them at the vehicle doors, assisting with luggage unloading and check-in, helping them pass security control, providing access to the VIP lounge (if included), and escorting them to the boarding area and directly to the aircraft door.

+50% when booking less than 12 hours before service
+30% when booking 12-24 hours before service
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the email address provided – administration@eliteair.fr
Please, indicate "Refund Request" with your order number and date in the subject line of your email.
More than 48 hours before the service: 100% refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the service: the service will be charged at 50% of the current rate (a refund of the remaining balance will then be issued).
Less than 24 hours before the service: the service will be charged at 100% of the current rate (no refund).
A cancellation without prior notice will also incur a 100% charge.
