We may also send marketing information with your consent, monitor performance, and create aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.
We may use or share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you. This information is not considered personal data and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

CAPTCHA protection
To protect our website and users against spam and abusive automated access, EliteAir uses CAPTCHA technology. This tool helps verify that the data entered on our forms (such as contact or booking requests) is submitted by a human and not by automated software.
If we use Google reCAPTCHA, the service is provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). reCAPTCHA analyzes certain technical information about your interaction with our website—such as IP address, device and browser details, mouse movements, and time spent on pages—to assess whether an action has been performed by a person.
This data processing is based on EliteAir’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its website and preventing fraudulent or abusive use (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data collected by Google is processed according to Google’s own Privacy Policy, which you can consult here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use CAPTCHA technology for marketing or profiling purposes, and the data collected is used exclusively for protecting the website and its users.
We may share your personal data only with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality and security obligations; public authorities when required by law; or other third parties with your consent. We do not sell personal data and do not share health data without your explicit consent.
If we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such transfers will be protected by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), in accordance with Articles 46–49 GDPR.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to rectification to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restriction of processing
